What I ask from guests:

I ask that you think of one meaningful routine that you engage in regularly, that binds you to an object without which your ritual would not work. This could be as anecdotal as brushing your teeth with a toothbrush, as meaningful a memory as drinking from a particular mug at the pub with friends, or as intentional as using a tuning fork for meditation.

Whatever it is, please come thinking of a physical object of your choice, which you associate with a repetitive activity that grounds you. I look forward to hearing what you think of at my studio.
